Join us on a 10-week series of classes focused on mindful self-discovery. Discover your values, and develop your skills in creating deep, meaningful relationships with others. We use our own vital lived experiences, and our trauma informed material, and mindfulness techniques to deliver a unique experience.

What are our own escapes from emotional pain, and how we build defences against them.

Understanding empathy, sympathy, and compassion as an action of love.
