This course is designed for adults 18+ who feel out of place in society, who are neurodivergent, fostered, LGBTQ+, in recovery, or experiencing an existential crisis. It's also for those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
The course is conducted in-person, with each session lasting 2 hours over a period of 10 weeks. We are flexible to schedule negotiations.
The total cost for the 10-week course is £1,950, and it is suitable for up to 10 people.
Participants need to be open-minded, ready for discussion, and willing to engage in journaling, mindfulness techniques, and interactive activities.
Week 1: Building Trust and Comfort
You'll start the course feeling shy, anxious, and guarded about sharing personal experiences. We create a safe and supportive environment to ease you into the process.
Week 3: Openness and Engagement
By the third week, you'll notice a significant change in yourself. You'll become more open to sharing your ideas, thoughts, and experiences. You'll start actively engaging with the course material and your fellow participants.
Week 5: Self-Initiative and Constructive Changes
At this stage, you'll begin to take initiative. You'll come up with your own ideas and start asking insightful questions. This is when you'll start identifying areas in your life where you want to make constructive changes.
Week 7: Facing Challenges and Gaining Clarity
Around the seventh week, you might experience a dip as you realise the changes you want to make. This period of uncertainty is crucial as it pushes you to understand how these changes will impact your life and those around you.
Week 10: Understanding and Integration
By the end of the course, you'll have a clear understanding of how the changes you've made benefit you and everyone around you. You'll leave with increased social confidence, a deeper understanding of yourself, stronger relationships, clearer communication skills, greater emotional stability, and a profound appreciation for life.
