Our North Wales mindfulness courses come in 2 main shapes and sizes:

Our bespoke YaM courses are designed to add extra value to mindfulness sessions. We can cater these courses to a diverse range of ages, and aim to support participants with the challenges they face.

Additionally, we can deliver courses built using the Mindfulness in Schools Project framework. MISP courses have benefited over 1.1 million children and young people, and we’ve been delivering them since 2022.

A personal book of life

We work with you to create a reflective journal that you can use to help develop your self-understanding, build confidence, and make better decisions.

Access to Headspace resources

During our mindfulness course semester, we give ongoing access to additional Headspace resources. You retain access for 3 months after the course is completed.

Our certified MISP courses equip you with lifelong wellbeing skills and techniques.

14-week Paws b course

Suitable for ages 7-11 years | 10–15 students per group | 1 Hour weekly sessions | £12 per student

Paws b [pause be] is a leading mindfulness curriculum for children aged 7 -11 in schools.
The lessons are flexible and varied and can be taught as twelve 30 to 60 minute lessons.
Learning from all of the lessons is encouraged to be connected to other aspects of the school curriculum where and when appropriate, such as music, sport, art, drama, queuing to come into the classroom, school and residential trips, to name just a few possibilities.

6-week .breathe Teacher Sessions

Suitable for school teachers | 8–10 teachers per group | 1 Hour weekly sessions | £12 per person

.breathe programme tailored for teachers to de-stress, reset and recharge.
Understanding the impact of school pressure, worry and burnout on personal health and wellbeing and learn new approaches to self-care.
An opportunity for NQTs and teachers to find their autonomy and sustain their passion for teaching.
Explore and create fun and engaging activities to use within the New Welsh Curriculum, Health and Wellbeing.

14-week .b Course

Suitable for ages 11-18 years10–15 students per group | 1 Hour weekly sessions | £12 per student

.b, pronounced [dot-be], is the UK’s leading mindfulness curriculum for 11-18 year olds in schools.
.b stands for ‘stop and be’, a simple practice at the heart of this ten lesson course.
Each .b lesson (between 40 minutes and 1 hour) is expertly crafted for use in the classroom to teach a distinct mindfulness skill.
The .b materials are designed to engage even the most sceptical of young minds.
